HOW MANY COLORS DO YOU ADVICE FOR MY PRODUCT DESIGN?
With five colours it looks good, and with one additional pantone colour will be great.
DO YOU PROVIDE ARTWORK DESIGN?
Our designers are specialized in food product designing, therefore our charges for artwork is very reasonable.
WHAT IS THE FEES FOR PRODUCT ARTWORK DESIGNING COST?
Artwork using vector images cost below RM500.
A logo will cost RM250, A product photo shoot will cost RM300-400, The Main Coarse is RM500-700. So your budget is around RM1000-1300.
WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME FOR MY FIRST ORDER?
The whole process will take 6 weeks for first time order. After receiving your deposit, together with your artwork, we will start business immediately.
WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME FOR SECOND ORDER?
Repeat order will be between 3 weeks period to a maximum of 4 weeks.

Please provide artwork or fonts converted to outline in the document file. This will enable us to calibrate the printed area accordingly.
WHERE CAN I CHOOSE PANTONE COLOUR CODE?
You can check with google and choose pantone color code, for assistance and advice you can call our customer service too.
WHAT IS THE BENEFIT OF HAVING BARCODE FOR MY PRODUCT?
Majority supermarket and mini market will not be able to sell your product without having a barcode on it. With barcode it enable all retail outlet to track inventories, enable promotion selling price. We can assist you to apply barcode too.
HOW DO I SUBMIT MY ARTWORK TO YOU?
Please email your design to firstname.lastname@example.org, If your file is over size you can sent by wetransfer or by google drive.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER FOR PRINTED PLASTIC BAGS?
After you provide us details of the width and height of the bag, we will advice in general what is the lowest quantity that you must buy.
DO YOU HAVE READY STOCKS FOR PLAIN ALUMINUM BAGS, NYLON BAGS, STAND UP POUCHES. CAN I PURCHASE IN SMALLER QUANTITY?
Yes we have some common sizes for you to choose. If you need to print stickers or labels, we can supply to you. The lowest is 500 pieces per design.
DO I NEED TO PAY FOR THE PRINTING MOULD, AND HOW MUCH IT COST?
Yes you need to pay for it and it’s a one off payment. If your design is 5 colour you need 5 moulds. Each mould cost between RM580 – RM1000.
DO I NEED TO PAY FOR THE MOULD AGAIN DURING MY SECOND ORDER?
No, you have already paid. Each mould can last for 2 years.
DO I NEED TO BUY A VACUUM MACHINE FOR MY PRODUCTS?
To extend product shelf life the solution is vacuum pack. However not all products required vacuum.
